Do I need to keep the TV ariel

Hi,
We have an ariel on the roof. We watch Tv via the internet and so far haven’t watched any Spanish Tv and probably won’t.
Can we get rid of the ariel?

Thanks. The answer I’m looking for is not regarding ownership but specifically do I need the ariel if we don’t watch Spanish Tv and what we do watch is via the internet?

If your internet is provided via cable, then Yes. However, in some areas the internet is supplied via an aerial (companies such as WiMax).
